Terms of Agreement
Please read carefully. Returning your reservation form means that you have reviewed and agreed to terms.
Walt Disney World:
-Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom tours will begin at least 1 hour prior to the posted park opening time.
-Please note lateness will result in longer wait times or elimination of attractions.
-We are unable to park hop as part of the tour (visit more than one park per day).
-We are unable to repeat rides.
-Genie+ (Disney's new paid to ride Fastpass system)will be required during the tour. We can make the purchase on your behalf with the card you place on file.
-Dining will be arranged upon request and is based on availability. We do not guarantee certain dining reservations.
-All tour hours must be 6 consecutive hours.
-The maximum number of guests per guide is 6 people. Anyone 3 and older counts in the group number. This is whether or not all member of the party will be experiencing attractions.
-We are unable to accommodate tours in which cast member complimentary tickets are used.
-At Magic Kingdom, we are unable to provide expedited entry to Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and Peter Pan’s Flight due to break downs or delayed openings.
-At Hollywood Studios we are unable to guarantee "Rise of the Resistance," this is due to how limited boarding passes are and delayed openings and/or breakdowns.
-There will be a $200.00 rebooking fee for any date changes after the confirmation letter has been sent out.
- We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Parties that do not cancel within 48 hours will be charged for 4 tour hours.
Walt Disney World Rates:
Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Animal Kingdom tours are $200 an hour with a 6-hour minimum for up to 7 people. Parties of 8-13 guests, we will add a second guide making the rate $400 an hour, with a minimum of 6 consecutive hours. An average tour is 6-hours but you may extend the tour with ample notice.
Universal Studios and Universal’s Islands of Adventure
-Express passes must be purchased for all Universal theme park tours.
-All Universal theme park tours must start at least 30 - 45 minutes before the posted park opening time.
- In the event of a late arrival, planned attractions may be eliminated or have longer wait times.
Universal and Universal’s Islands of Adventure Rates
Universal theme park tours are $150 an hour with a 6-hour minimum for up to 8 people. For parties of 8 or more, we will add a second guide making the rate $300 an hour. An average tour is 6-hours but you may extend the tour with ample notice.
Typically, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are both covered in the same day taking 6-8 hours to complete. The two parks can be split up upon request.
There will be a charge of $250 an hour during peak season at the parks for the following dates. (March 14, 2022 — March 20, 2022), (April 4, 2022 — April 12, 2022), (April 15, 2022 — April 17, 2022), (May 28, 2022 — May 30, 2022), (July 2, 2022 — July 4, 2022), (September 3, 2022 — September 5, 2022), (November 21, 2022 — November 27, 2022), (December 15, 2022 — January 5, 2023).
We do not take a deposit or a planning fee. Your credit card info is taken only to hold your tour dates. For non-prepaid tours, your guide will take payment directly at the end of the tour. If you have booked multiple days, payment will be taken at the end of the last day. We accept cash, and credit cards using Square and Venmo. Gratuity is not included in the rate but can be added upon credit card payment or given in cash.
